Leadership

The Workers’ Compensation Centennial Commission (WCCC) will be led by a distinguished group of Honorary Commissioners, supported by an active Advisory Board, with diverse representation across business, labor, government and academia.  The WCCC is the leader and clearinghouse for a series of events and projects to honor the 100th anniversary. While the WCCC is based in Wisconsin and has strong involvement from state leaders, the organization is also dedicated to embracing a truly national celebration that reflects both bipartisan and labor/management balance.  The WCCC Honorary Commissioners are:

John Engler John Engler, President and CEO, National Association of Manufacturers
Richard Trumka Richard L. Trumka, AFL-CIO President
Gov. Jim Doyle

Governor Jim Doyle, D-Wis. (2003-2011)

Gov. Tommy Thompson

Fmr. Governor Tommy Thompson, R-Wis. (1987-2001)

Additional Honorary Commissioners who will give the WCCC a more national profile will be publicly announced soon. See the members of the Organizing Committee
